The design of this ring takes its inspiration from motifs found on Afghan and Persian carpets that are found in most homes in the region and the intricate patterns and designs derived from the beauty of nature are reflected in the piece
The calligraphy on this ring is inspired by the poem by Rumi:

O only Noah that I know, O opener now open,
O heart restored before the secret door where you befriend me!
